Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki was an American political advisor who served as the 34th White House press Secretary between 2021 until 2022. As a member of Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications director(2009-2011); spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015 as well as White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki contributed to CNN's political coverage from 2017 through 2020. Psaki started her career in 2001 by working on the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki then served as deputy press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. From 2005 to the year 2006, Psaki served as communications director for U.S. representative Joseph Crowley and regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was appointed the press secretary of President Obama's 2012 election campaign. In the year 2000, Psaki became the spokesperson for United States Department of State. 20 years ago, she was employed at the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21However, Josh Earnest took his spot on May 30, 2014. She returned to White House in 2015 to be the director of communications. She was a part of the Obama administration until the end of its term.
